I am a Certified Software Tester (Quality Assurance Institute, Orlando, FL) with twenty (20) years of quality assurance and software testing experience. I have worked with software from a variety of industries (medical, wireless, postal (firmware/software), pharmeceutical, web-based and COTS), programming languages, databases (SQL, MySQL, Access, Oracle) and operating systems (Windows, UNIX, LINUX). With respect to quality assurance software and testing tools, I have used both Mercury and Rational test tools; however, I am more familiar with Rational Products including their coverage, performance, automated and change request (defect tracking) tools. I have a passion for testing. Given an overview of what the software has been designed to do, I can quickly get up to speed and ensure the software functions as designed. I have worked with websites and mobile devices (both iOS and Android).
