In my pursuit for new creative endeavours, I 'am excited to explore opportunities as a freelance content writer. As a seasoned professional with content creation experience, I believe that I can bring my unique experience to the specificity of your organisation’s need. My expertise in content creation is deeply routed in my experience as a technical writer and a corporate trainer. 

I had been writing content for over 6 years in my previous company, IDEMIA. The body of work that I developed includes different technical guides and manuals (Product, Startup, administrative, API, training, troubleshooting, FAQ's) for Identity Technologies, both - on-premise and SAAS environment. My strategy for high quality technical writing is informed by market research and ensuring utilisation of key languages and tools for better collaboration and configuration management, such as using bitbucket, Markdown, Confluence etc.  My verbal skills, training experience and ability to efficiently collaborate with technical team allows me to understand the product workflow and use cases in detail. These factors are crucial in generating product documents from scratch along with determining the structure, syntax and the style of documentation. I excel in bringing the vision of the development and the product management team to the end consumer, in a manner that is simple to understand, and yet technically rigorous. 

My venture into technical writing came naturally due to my career choices prior to IDEMIA. I started my career at NIIT as a trainer, teaching courses on C++ and Java in 1996. My seven years of experience with NIIT forms the basis of my technical knowledge which I utilized in my role as a technical writer in IDEMIA. My passion for creative content writing and training led me to also explore softer aspects of corporate training such as soft skills, spoken English and personality development. This informed the next 20 years of my working experience with HERO MINDMINE, where I created content, developed manuals and mapped classroom sessions for conducting corporate training for Soft Skills. 

The three diverse segments of my professional journey showcases my aptitude for quick understanding of technical concepts and the ability to articulate it coherently to the customer. My strong writing skills coupled with training skills enables me to make manuals and documentations that are appropriately structured, detailed, customer friendly, grammatically correct and technically sound.
