I am a skilled training design and delivery specialist/facilitator. Illustrative assignments include: • Education for refugees. Worked with a US-based university and large development firm to conceptualize a framework to allow refugees living globally to access university-level education remotely using technology and adaptive learning platforms, and to earn degrees through stackable credit agreements with local universities. • Youth Strategy. Developed an organizational positive youth development strategy and growth plan for a youth and civic engagement NGO. • STEM education. Supported an international education design a program to scale specialized STEM education to secondary schools in the Middle East. • USG Engagement Training. Designed training for staff of a small business and a start-up on strategies to partner with USAID and develop winning proposals.
