o OPERATIONS , LEARNING DELIVERY MANAGEMENT / CHANNEL MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION ( 15 YEARS ) Key Skills o Sound knowledge in IT training services industry o Man management o Program Management Delivery,, Quality & Cost a) Ensures that all deliverables under various programs /projects are delivered on time at optimal costs without compromising on quality standards . b) Manage P & L (Revenue /Cost / GM) for the projects assigned accounts c) Monitors and reviews all projects/programs and provides guidelines, policy , process, procedural changes with a view to increase productivity besides exceeding the expectations of all Stake Holders. d) Focus on new projects and debottleneck issues for speedy execution. e) Reviews all proposals before submission to Donors/Corporates f) Ensures that all reports are reviewed and submitted to Donors/Corporates on time without any delay. g) Cost Control and Cost Reduction h) Monthly Budget Vs. Expenses Review i) Approvals for non budgetary expenses, capital budgets etc. Relationship Building j) Maintains and Builds relationship with all Donors/Agencies k) Liaises with Corporates and establishes rapport with key influencers and decision makers. l) Networks with Financial/Banking Institutions for funding opportunities. m) Liaises and maintains relationship with Officials of various State Govt /Central Govt/Panchyats. Metrics and Reports n) Submission of dash boards (Reports and Metrics) viz operational ,strategic for various programs to all stakeholders before time . o) creation of a robust system to capture online information of various projects and deliverables. Monitoring and Evaluation p) Monitors all projects and their deliverables by conducting periodic planning and review meeting . q) Identifies risks in various projects and deliverables and comes out with risk mitigation plans besides implementation of the same. Human Resource Functions r) Recruitment – Interviewing and Selection of senior staff members for pillars s) Performance Management – Half Yearly and Annual Performance Management, Review and Appraisal t) Exit process – Participate in exit interviews of senior staff members u) Grievance Handling for seniors
