• Reporting and supporting activities and stances;
• Keeping abreast of relevant food and veterinary laws and rules;
• Contacting and meetings with government representatives and sector associations and project coordination with other related departments/areas.
• Supporting to the development of proposals of public policies regarding food and veterinary issues,
• Developing and writing clear arguments and explanations for new product licenses and licenses renewals;
• Monitoring and setting timelines for license variations and renewal approvals;
• Writing clear, accessible product labels and patient information leaflets;
• Undertaking and managing regulatory inspections; negotiating with regulatory authorities for marketing authorizations;
• Specifying storage, label and package requirements;
• Responsible for the Foreign Trade and Supply department;
• National and International Purchases;
• Demand Analysis, definition and control of minimum stock;
• Import and Export processes coordination;
• Utilization of Bonded Warehouse and Temporary Admission;
• Contacting with local and international suppliers;
• Contacting with customs brokers in order to coordinate the customs clearance of the imports and
exports;
• Hiring of international insurance and freight;
• Controling of importation costs;
• Shipping documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, AWB, CRT, Certificate of
Origin, Export Register - RE, Import Declaration - DI).
