  • Extensive experience in business development. Workaholic and know how to keep my team motivated and pull high performance.
  • A number of platforms and industries experience such as Banking, Investment, Mortgage, Retail, IT, Core IT, Telecom & Wireless, Federal & Government projects, Pharma, Many More.
  • Worked on Sensitive confidential and top-secret projects.
  • Core Sales and Marketing Person.
  • Extensive experience handling QBR and Business meetings with the clients.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Extensive experience in many VMS and MSPs. (Beeline, Fieldglass, Workforce Logic, Tapfin, agile1, etc. Randstad, Sourceright, kellyOCG etc.)
  • Extensive use and monitoring experience of ATS for recruitment and HRMS applications such as Oorwin, jobdiva etc.
  • Expert and proven experience in DOMESTIC and US BACKGROUND CHECKS AND PRE-REQUIRMENT OF HIRING.
  • More than 7 years’ experience in US and Domestic background checks and hiring laws and requirement.
  • Experienced in working on multiple roles, administration, management, recruitment, coordination, sales person, HR Manager, Head of Department.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND AWARD-WINNING PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILLS.
  • Experienced Manager and leader for HR, Payroll, Recruitment.
  • Extensive experience with multiple recruiting databases and online search tools.
  • Well versed with US Tax terms (C2C, 1099 and W2) and Visa types H1B, TN, EAD etc. and GC, US Citizen.
  • Extensive hands-on Experience in Contracts, C2H (Contract to Hire) positions and Full time / Permanent
