Passion is what got me started learning about user testing. I find it a super fun stuff to do and enjoy every bit of the whole process. I have a BBA degree majoring in Management Information System. During my study, when I was first introduced the 'Human Computer Interaction' I felt very natural about that subject. It was the initial stage when I became very enthusiast about user testing and fascinated with the fact that how a little change in a website or an app can be tremendously effective for users/customers/visitors to the website to find what they came looking for. All I want to say that I would love to help your website/app to become as much user friendly it could be with detailed test report consist of annotated screenshot, video, necessary correction and leave my feedback where it is necessary.
