I'm a UX, UX Researcher and Interaction Designer and prototyper with extensive coding experience. 

I'm a good match for groups just bringing UX into their process, or for UX research, Interviews, Card-sorting, User Stories, Interaction Diagrams and early-stage prototypes. Good at mapping UX deliverables to programmer specification documents. I can define the what, when, why, how of your design concepts and strategy. Good choice for part-time UX Consulting jobs. I can code, but I'm better in a team helping designers and devs communicate.

I've been all-remote for years, and comfortable working part-time or as a UX Consultant with remote teams. Mobile and desktop work, design and redesign. 

My first secret sauce is UX in VR, AR, MR (XR) Guru. I've helped design "UX in Virtual Reality" courses and managed remote student teams applying UX principles to XR, where is really needed if the metaverse wants to be more than a gamer hangout.

My other secret sauce is as an Design Thinker - I am experienced helping groups introduce UX into their organization. Good at explaining and visualizing for stakeholders, and getting buy-in.
