I have a varied work experience, been in the field for over 8 years. My Experience includes Call Centre Management and Quality Assurance, Customer Support Officer for Banking, Human Resource Management for a Construction Company and Freelance Transcriber and Data Entry Officer. Alongside all the office work I have my own fashion line, which is currently on hold. All in all, I would say my area of expertise is management and administration!
