I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 3 years, so I learned to interact with people from different personalities and backgrounds and through my experiences, it helps me to improve more. I learned data entry, VA, MS word, and excel/spreadsheet or Google docs. As I improve myself from the past, I am also looking forward to improving more and share my knowledge and abilities as a Customer Service Representative.
