I have a B.A in Sociology ( Concordia University), with a minor in professional writing. In addition to being flexible, responsible and organized, I have a real eye for detail, whether it is for an important document, to prepare a presentation, or simply to ensure the best customer service possible. Also, my experience as a bilingual call center representative for Td bank customers allowed me to develop my communication skills; communicate in a professional way with people. Moreover, my involvement as a social worker - parental support in the '' House of the family '' also allowed me to develop my communication skills with the public and deepened my sense of observation. I had to pay attention to every detail (behavior, conversations) between the parent and the child. My degree in sociology helped me a lot for this role, as in the university, being a social intervener involved taking clear and concise notes during every session (visit) to remember factual information; handwritten notes, which went to the judge.??In brief, my ability to write clear and accurate reports, my aptitude for customer service, (eg conflict management, customer- bank relationship), my sense of organization (eg agenda planning, and my ability to meet deadlines), make me a good candidate for this position. My educational background in sociology strengthened my writing, analytical and ability skills to solve problems. ?I also did advanced statistics (university degree) so I am proficient with data entry and analyzing data in Excel. I have an outstanding keyboard speed when it comes to writing documents, presentations or entering data. This makes me be the best candidate for jobs such as data entry, traduction (french/ English, as to my minor in professional writing), or as a virtual assistant.
