I have been working in a call center for over 10 years now. I am excellent when it comes to technical support / customer service over the phone however I just want to work where i don't have to talk on the phone full time that is why I am looking to be a Virtual Assistant or Voice talent. I am also experienced in ESL and freelance Real Estate sales agent. I also have basic knowledge with Adobe illustrator and photoshop but I find it more simple by just using Canva and other graphic software.
