• Hi! My name is Angelita Reyes but you can call me Angela. I worked in a BPO company for more than 5 years specifically in two financial company/account Ally Financial and TCF bank. I worked as debt collector / skip tracer for more than 2 years, I became call quality analyst for 6 months and got promoted as compliance officer in ALLY Financial. For career growth I decided to try my luck applying as a Trainer/ Subject Matter Expert in TCF bank and i was able to get the post. In a span of less than a year i got promoted again as a Team Lead. • Collecting for a past due bill and giving best possible arrangement was my first role in a BPO company and I can say that this is one of my niche.
