I also worked with American Express Prepaid Card as a customer billing representative for 2 years assigned to balance accounts, process disputes, and make sure customer accounts are active and open that would never cause any problem with any transactions that they do on their end. I also worked Comcast as a technical representative for 5 years assigned to activate internet, phone service and cable service. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions). I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 56 to 60 calls per day. I was also able to work with Expedia Sales I was assigned in Tier 3 support in where I would be able to book packages for flights, hotel and car reservations for family vacations or business trips.
