I have seven months experience being a General Virtual Assistant in an online course company. I am familiar and knowledgeable on some of the basic approaches towards customer support, and I am confident in my typing skills, in fact it led me to handled data entry, and transcription task, as well as being a live chat agent in my previous company. As a fresher I don't have much experience to present, but I have rooms for new knowledge, and I am enthusiastic to learn new things, harness and improve my skills and abilities.
