Hi, my name is Honey Lynne M. Anito. You can call me Honey or HL. I'm 25 years from Valenzuela City, Philippines. I graduated with the Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Adamson University. My work experience was a Technical Support Representative at Sykes Asia, Inc. for 7 months. What we do there is we assist the customers, educators and students, via phone calls and emails regarding their issues and concerns with the learning product that they are using. I also became an Assistant System Engineer or IT Help Desk at Tata Consultancy Services for 8 months. This is an advanced support because it involves higher level of IT competencies. We support employees of our client there regarding their technical, hardware, software or account issues via phone calls and emails. We are their first level of contact for support. We reset their password and unlock theiir accounts in Active Directory. We also install printers in their computer. If it's also necessary, we remote to their computers so that we can have a better understanding of their issue, examples of the issues are slow computer, Microsoft Outlook issues, installing printers and other software applications.
