I am Arianne Faye Villanueva. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts Major in Communication Arts, I used to work as a customer service associate in a bpo company for almost a year, sales associate in Honda cars, and account associate in Eastwest Bank. My main goal is to be the best worker to meet my client needs. I can do web research, data entry and email support. I am a reliable worker with great attention details I can guarantee 100 ?curacy on my work to build good relationship with my client for future projects. As a customer service is not only about answering queries but making sure they have an amazing experience. I have a good typing skills, I am hardworking and willing to learn prior to the company's line of business. My typing speed is satisfactory and I know all types of data entry on internet. I have no problem with any internal and external facts. Now that i am a mom i want to try and start working at home. When i was still pregnant i used to sell all kinds of stuff using Facebook and other forms of social media. I can also do basic photo and video editing. I also had an experience in transcribing interviews when i was still on my OJT way back in college and was commended for doing it well.
