I’ve been in Customer Service for 6 years handled travel accounts such as Philippine Airlines and Flight Centre (Australian Account) wherein I’ve been part of the Schedule Change or Flight disruption team as email PIC. Then last account was Grab PH,wherein I’ve been part of wave 1 and first batch of SME as well. As SME or Subject Matter Expert I used to:

• attend meetings with Inhouse and clients
• do coaching to the agents 
• auditing tickets for chat and digital as what QA’s do
• and lastly was doing a floor support such as cancellations and force completions of bookings, top-up and deductions together with banning and restricting of the drivers and passengers account.

I’ve been in Journalism Club also,specializing Feature Writing wherein I graduated as Best in Feature Writing which continued upto college days in school and in our church magazine.

While I have not had direct experience for being a virtual assistant, I am a fast learner and confident that I could do my task/s successfully and exceed your expectations.
