Hi, my name is Aleli but you can call me Ley. I started off my career as an Assistant manager 18 years ago with David's Salon Inc. where I performed the whole operation of the salon & spa from controlling, supervising, sales monitoring and maintaining the whole operation which also includes reporting the month-end to the main office. After almost 4 years of service with David's Salon, I had found an opportunity to join on board an international ship as a Purser staff with Louis Cruise Lines for 3 years and later on joined another vessel under Iberocruceros for the same position which after 3 months of service I got promoted as a Crew Purser where I performed HR duties on board the ship for more than 300 employees, this includes administrative support for the ship clearance, maintaining all the documents of the crew and payroll process. My promotion didn't stop there after almost 3 years of service, I got promoted again for the position of an Assistant Administrative Director due to my dedication at work whereas my main responsibility is administrative management for the ship. This includes all the administrative role, officer-in-charge for the facets of Purser department in the absence of the Administrative director, processing of all the legal documents of guest and crew (embarkation) and daily control on the Cash and credit card payment. After 8 years of onboard experience, I had decided to work on land and ended working in Dubai to date in an E-commerce Korean shop in Marketing /Sales department. I'm a Business management by profession and had a diverse experience on the same field. During my service on board the ship, I had been awarded as Employee of the month for 2 consecutive years due to my dedication at work, I believe I can help entrepreneurs to optimize their presence with combined dedication and experience using effective tools to stand out.
