Virtual Assistant

$12/hr Starting at $30

My name is Marta, I am 25 years old, and I have been working as a Virtual Assistant and Paralegal (I am at Law School) for four years now. I am from Spain, and I just moved back after three years living in the UK, and I am fully bilingual English-Spanish. I had been working for seven years in Customer Service before start working from home, and I think I get excellent personal and business skills during those years. I got sick five years ago, and I had to stop working for a while, which I used to study an advanced diploma in paralegal, and three certificates, HR management, Social media marketing and Email marketing. Once I came back "to the market," I decided to work from home, and I started my new journey in the virtual assistant world. I gain a lot of different skills working from home from the ones I did before; I am reliable, fast worker and extremely organized. I don't crush under pressure, and I know how to work without micromanagement, which makes me a perfect candidate for virtual jobs. I have experience in email and call handling, scheduling of meetings, booking of travels, filing and organizing files, administrative tasks, client relationships, HR management, social media marketing and legal duties (for example drafting of contracts, privacy policies or Terms & Conditions) I have an outgoing personality and easy to get along with me, although I am always going to say what I think about something if I think I can make it better. I want to find a job that makes me happy and comfortable, so my hourly rate is completely negotiable, as the money is not my first thought regarding my career. Marta N
