Project required developing user guide while still in development phase, assisting developers with site analysis and testing, developing 4 course training program for end users. Designed and delivered rollout of new technology to college publishing sales force, marketing and editorial departments of approximately 400. Advised top level executives on best methods for delivery and process for the rollout. Designed training materials, delivered instruction and managed 6 additional trainers during the 6 month regional rollout. Technology focus - Tablet PC, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft office suite.
