Through the use of esignature applications, forms can be submitted to providers for signature and, once signed, can be submitted to requestors. I can maintain EMR/EHR, submit lab/radiology requests, etc. For legal support, I can additionally review and create documents, and conduct any requested legal research. Summaries of research and suggestions will be submitted to the proper authority.
