Being able to scale up/down effectively and actively listen and work with all team members and orgs across the globe has allowed me to be highly successful in maximizing the output, openness & job satisfaction of partners around the world. I’m a firm believer in the KISS principle when it comes to processes and communications. I’m the one that has been the one looked at to address the big problems. Almost all of the new job roles I have taken have been the result of taking on one of these challenges that I’ve been specifically requested to address. I thrive in solving issues, developing orgs and leaving behind sustainable systems, orgs and products that are world-class. I’m not the transactional button pusher I’m the one that determines what, how and why the button should be pushed and if it doesn’t need to be pushed then eliminate it. I come to realize that one of true strengths and passions is to make the connection between products/processes to customer and ensuring that the linkage is never lost throughout the lifecycle of the product.
