a) Administrating CUCM / CUCMBE / CUC / Voice Gateways / CUE / UCCX / IM&P for various worldwide customers. b) Validating change requests raised by the customer and implementing it. c) Resolving incident as per agreed SLA. d) Joining conference calls and WebEx session for live troubleshooting with the customer and carriers. e) Managing VMs of various severs over ESXI.
