• Worked on several internet and intranet redesign projects for several organizations including MicroStrategy, Bloomberg, USDA - National Institute of Food and Agriculture, AAMC, and INNOVIM.
• Migrated documents from offline sources, online for Charles Schwab, the Administrative Office of U.S. Courts, and Bloomberg.
• Used SharePoint to design and build training sites (for Prometric and USDA-NIFA), intranet sites, employee newsletters, and document/resources libraries
• Used Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Adobe Analytics to analyze engagement, develop content strategy, drive data-informed decisions, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
• Used SiteImprove and Screaming Frog to identify accessibility issues and ensure 508-compliance.
• Used Power BI and Excel to build spreadsheets and dashboards and generate reports for C-suite stakeholders.
