I have worked on some really challenging assignments, which included development and maintenance of Training Management System for our organization, which is a core application for the organization. This system is built on Asp.Net 3.5 and SQL Server 2008, with javascript and Ajax. This application caters all the needs of the training system, including role based differentiation(normal user/ manager and admin). Users can look up to their trainings-attended/missed, their attendance, marks and ,upcoming trainings. Even they can also look the trainings shortlisted for their business unit. Managers takes up all the responsibilities of approving/rejecting trainings from the system and various other tasks. Admin has loads of work to do, which can be handled very efficiently through the system. Users are also provided with online courses/tests section.
