I have worked as a web developer for more than 1.5 years. I have worked on projects from scratch as well as doing my part in the customization of large scale projects. I have the experience of working in team as well as individually. My approach is not to just do the work and submit it, rather it is to do the work in such a way that I do not get the complain about it ever.
