  Corey has worked on a significant number of projects for me. Anyone who has awareness of what it takes to code a project within an existing environment needs to understand that a learning curve will modify expectation. With this in mind I have been flexible when it comes to time and compensation. On the other hand Corey has shown great integrity. He openly shares when extra time is a result of his need to become more familiar with my environment. I never have an impression that he is padding hours. In fact I have seen him work late into the evening fixing and solving some issues with previous code work. We always arrive at fair compensation. The coding he does is solid. Since finding Corey on Guru I haven't outsourced to any other professional. I am confident he approaches all my requests in a confident and professional manner.

  An SSL error occurred on a workstation. It wasn't clear what caused the issue. It took time to learn that another SSL function was overlying our universal SSL. Corey worked methodically through several routines to find the problem and resolve it.

  I am always fascinated by those who can jump into an unfamiliar environment and make sense of things. All software running in my company has been developed in-house. I recognize that some of the code has been done sloppily and documentation is lacking. However, in every instance in which I have sought assistance from Corey he has figured things out. This project was no different. It was not a simple SSL certificate issue.A secondary ssl product was installed that alerted us to malfunction on our web page. Somehow, this program compromised one of my production PC's. It took some time to figure out but hte job was done satisfactorily.

  This project was completed on time as requested. However there are two outstanding projects that I posted in early December and after multiple attempts to move the projects forward I did not receive any communication from Corey. To be fair, Corey has always responded timely, done excellent work at a fair price but his response time has not been as timely in the past 1 or 2 projects. I'm not sure what is going on and I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I posted a request with Corey on December 05, followed up with a couple emails to him and have had no response as of December 22, 2014. I asked if he wanted to continue providing service to my company and have had no response. If you select Corey for a project (he is good at what he does and I am not sure what happened) I would create a firm understanding regarding response time.
