I have worked in the customer service and the education industries and receive commendations in both.Within only 2 years of experience working in customer service, I experience support my company's customers by phone, email and chat. I surpass my company's quotas often and have received commendations. I am friendly, open, and polite to all the customers I've had, and provided them high quality of service, which ended up with having satisfied customers. Teaching would be my passion, however, it does not require much of my creativity, innovation, and observation skill. And I believe that wasting time on sleeping is not a good way of living. So, using my extra time in providing support to other people online is my new motivation in life.
