Administrative Assistant Use an IBM compatible personal computer to type, prepare, edit and/or route office assignments as well as to perform word processing and spreadsheet functions. Respond to multi-line telephone calls in a timely manner and take accurate messages. Make appropriate customer referrals on incoming calls. Troubleshoot customer requests and/or inquiries. Route callers, messages, correspondence or visitors appropriately and in a professional manner. Adhere to all agency and field office policies and procedures.
