I am a dedicated, motivated, self-starter who understands the discipline it takes to complete tasks from a home office. I know my way around the Internet and I am experienced in MS Word and MS Excel. I have 25+ years Accounting and Business Management Experience working for Construction Companies. These include G/L, A/R, A/P, Monthly Reports, Year End Reports, Payroll for 200+ Employees, Payroll in Multi States, Etc. In addition I have been working in the Auction and Estate Sale Industry since 1999 and am a Certified Personal & Business Property Appraiser, which requires alot of data gathering and financial data gathering and analysis. Most of my clients and tax clients have been people who needed a specialist such as myself to piece together and fix large amounts of data into Quicken or Quickbooks. I also use Quickbooks Pro for my own business as an Estate Sale & Appraisal Company I have extensive experience in organizing and analyzing data using both my background in business and my current experience in the last 15+ yrs as a Business & Personal Property Asset Appraiser. Along with extensive analyzing of data for the current market price on almost any kind of item or asset. I look forward to working with you in the future
