3. Layout architecture for the new website theme based on input from the Client and contractor guidance (You may provide me wireframe it is very standard way to mention the layout architecture)
4. Creation of design items and images for new website (Yes I am good at editing images for website, I can carryout these, I will give example too)
5. Integrate Design for optimal viewing on Desktop, Laptop, Tablet and Mobile devices (That is so common these days that I have a project setup ready all the time for these types of things
6. Creation of website graphics and image resizing/editing (OK)
7. Unlimited use of Images for website photography ( didn't quit get it, will you provide those images ?)
8. iCal Calendar Integration and Support for Availability and Booking (if we build on top of wordpress, we can add this as plugin )
