My type of work can be: a) buying domain at very start and then slowly build up the site b) can make site offline on my IP and Pc, and then once finished buy domain and upload Most people go for a), because its easiest and fastest way. My way of payment is going to be half and half. First half goes when we set up the domain, and then other half once i finish your site. Once second half is payed, i will change admin username and password for you, so you can also have access to your site as admin. Of course, number of paged will affect the price, but its easier to talk it through. Im open to online calls via discord or skype.
