I directed the daily operations and transitional changes of a regional health charity for over 10 years. I also project managed the communications for a national change management program at a large insurance company due to a merger acquisition. In addition, I previously lead a change management initiative for an information technology department at a University. I hold a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management and a Master of Arts in Sociology specializing in education, employment, and the workplace.
