My name is Alicja, I live in Malta and since the past three years, I have been exploring the wonders of remote work as a freelancer, being engaged as Customer Care Agent, Virtual Assistant, researcher, and troubleshooter. Being a yoga practitioner and a teacher, I have been able to refine my skills and abilities through the use of intuition, compassion, openness and imagination in order to deal successfully with daily stressful situations and deadlines and excel in work/life balancing and prioritization. We, yogis, believe that being able to serve people is one of the greatest gifts. Thanks to remote work I gained experience while dealing with customers, succesfuly solving personal and technical issues. I also performed a lot of troubleshooting, research, and did some content writing. I am familiar with Slack, Asana, Zendesk, Skype and Hangouts. I have always had good communication skills and could easily communicate with persons of different nationalities and cultures while facing work challenges positively.Whether it was during University times while working for international companies or teaching yoga to people of all kinds of walks. I am a fast learner and am open to new challenges and opportunities.
