I am versed in codes across the USA and can provide insurance with that documentation as well. Can do per job or hourly if needed. I can do mundane tasks in Xactimate as I do have a helper that is at reduced rate. I can write for TPA's such as Vericlaim Repair, Lionsbridge, Nexxus, DCMG, and Contractor Connection. Rates start at $15 per hour (for basic tasks that do not need my expert advise). I know this business backwards and forwards as I have been doing it since I got out of High School.
