I am a certified gym instructor and personal trainer. With personal history from the gym for over 20 years, I have run 10 marathons and 7 half marathons.
I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT200), aerial yoga teacher and YIN yoga teacher. With a background in yoga for over 6 years.
