  • Workshops & Retreats: Thematic sessions that go deeper into yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and lifestyle. Available to collaborate with wellness centres or retreat hosts.

  • Corporate Yoga: Online or in-office classes designed to support employee wellness, posture, stress management, and productivity.

  • Travel & Destination Yoga: Experienced in offering yoga wherever I travel — adaptable to diverse cultures, languages, and environments. Perfect for travel-based retreats or destination events.
