My Journey with Yoga

Yoga has been a part of my life since 2003, a path that began with personal practice and soon evolved into sharing this ancient wisdom with others. Since 2006, I have been teaching yoga on and off across the world, bringing yoga into every place I travel. With a deep passion for exploring new cultures and connecting with people from all walks of life, I see yoga as a universal language that transcends borders, beliefs, and backgrounds.

My experience is rooted in a profound and authentic learning journey. I had the privilege of studying under a monk in India, a true yogi who spent nine years living in a cave near Gangotri, in the Himalayas. He himself learned from Himalayan masters, and his teachings instilled in me not only the techniques of yoga, but also the true spirit of dedication, simplicity, and deep inner connection.

Over the years, I trained at three renowned yoga schools in India, earning certifications in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga, while currently expanding my knowledge through the study of Osteoyoga. I also specialize in Pranayama and breathing exercises, which I integrate into all my sessions to enhance both physical vitality and mental clarity.

At the core of Freemind Yoga is a belief in freedom—freedom of body, mind, and spirit. My teaching is guided by values of authenticity, compassion, patience, and continuous growth. I honor yoga’s deep roots while making it accessible and empowering for each individual’s journey.

Beyond the Mat

When I am not teaching, I immerse myself in my other passions: travel, meditation, reading, music, and spending time in nature. I have a profound love for animals and the natural world, finding endless inspiration in the simplicity and wisdom of life around us.

Through Free mind Yoga, my mission is to help you connect with your breath, your body, and ultimately, your limitless self—wherever you are in the world.

Work Terms

I teach 60 60-minute class, yoga, and breath work. I get paid via PayPal, and the class, please pay beforehand.
