10 years in IT has taught me many things. That there is more than one way to screw in a light bulb, normal and standard is not normal nor standard. and that my work at companies proves to be beneficial. I enjoy providing tech support to users, repairing their windows machines when they are broken, taking the time to talk to them to help them if they are having a bad day. I believe our job not only entails fixing computers, and solving complex pc and network issues, but we also need to help the users as well.
Work Terms
-I can work in 4 hour blocks of time after 5pm, weekend hours will be additional cost
-prefer to conduct communications via text and e-mail, can do phone for meeting purposes
-block pay is an option depending on the task and the duration
