Work Terms

Hours of Operation
I manage freelance projects alongside a full‑time role, so my working hours are structured for consistency and reliability:
• Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Philippines Time)
• Saturday–Sunday: Flexible hours for scheduled milestones
• I accept projects that fit within these time windows to ensure high‑quality delivery.
Communication Style
• Primary communication through Guru messages for clarity and documentation.
• I provide regular progress updates at agreed intervals.
• I respond promptly within my working hours and maintain clear, professional communication at all times.
• For larger projects, I can accommodate scheduled check‑ins.
Project Terms
• Work begins once the scope, timeline, and milestone are confirmed on Guru.
• Deliverables are provided in clean, structured formats (PDF, Word, Excel, or as requested).
• Revisions are included based on the agreed scope.
• I take on projects that allow for structured research and accurate, high‑quality output.
Payment Terms
• All payments are processed through Guru SafePay for mutual protection.
• Fixed‑price or milestone‑based projects are preferred for clarity.
• For ongoing work, weekly or bi‑weekly milestones can be arranged.
• No work begins until the SafePay milestone is funded.
