Work Terms
Communication: I respond to messages within 24 hours (usually much faster) and provide regular progress updates throughout the project. I'm available for calls/video chat to discuss requirements before we start and at key milestones.
Project Process: I begin every project with a clear scope and timeline agreed upon upfront. For larger projects, I break work into milestones so you can review progress and provide feedback along the way, rather than waiting until the very end.
Payment: I work with Guru's SafePay for secure milestone-based payments. For fixed-price projects, payment is split across agreed milestones. For hourly work, I bill through Guru's tracked hours. A portion of payment upfront may be requested for new clients or larger projects.
Revisions: Reasonable revisions related to the original project scope are included. Requests outside the original scope will be quoted separately to keep timelines and budgets fair for both sides.
Availability: Currently accepting new projects. Typical turnaround depends on project size — I'll always give you a realistic estimate before we begin, and I flag early if anything risks the timeline.
Confidentiality: Happy to sign NDAs for projects that require them. Your code, data, and business details are always kept confidential.
