Work Terms

Payment Structure:

Fixed-Price Milestones: Project is divided into 3 clear milestones to ensure consistent progress and payment security.

SafePay Requirement: To ensure mutual protection, the current milestone must be 100% funded in SafePay before work commences.

Project Milestones:

Deposit & Strategy (20%): Kickoff, requirements gathering, and initial design wireframe.

Development & Build (40%): Completion of the static website architecture, content integration, and mobile responsiveness testing.

Final Delivery & Launch (40%): SEO optimization, final quality check, and deployment to the live domain/hosting.

Revisions & Scope:

Included Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of minor revisions are included at no extra cost to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Scope Changes: Any significant changes to the initial project scope after the agreement is signed will be handled via a "Change Order" and may require an adjusted quote.

Communication & Support:

Updates: I provide status updates every 48 hours via the Guru Workroom to keep the project on track.

Support: I offer 7 days of post-launch technical support to ensure a smooth transition.

Ownership:

Upon final payment, full ownership and copyrights of the website files and assets are transferred to the Client. I reserve the right to display the project in my professional portfolio.
