Work Terms

⏰ Hours of Operation
Available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (GMT+5). Messages outside these hours will be answered promptly the next working day.

💳 Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system. Work begins once the agreement is set and funds are secured in SafePay. Milestones can be created for larger projects to ensure smooth progress.

📩 Preferred Communication
I prefer all communication to remain on Guru’s WorkRoom for clarity and project tracking. I provide timely updates and encourage clients to share detailed requirements for efficient collaboration.

✅ Delivery & Revisions
Final designs are delivered in high-resolution formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, or source files if agreed). Revisions are included as per the selected project scope to ensure complete satisfaction.
