Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

- Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm GST (Gulf Standard Time)
- Sunday: 9am - 4pm GST (Gulf StarndayTime)

Payment Terms:

- 50% deposit required to start project
- Balance due upon completion of project
- Payment methods: Crypto wallet, Flutterwave, Payoneer or here.

Preferred communication style:

Anywhere comfortable for clients

Turnaround Time:

- 24-48 hours for initial design concepts
- 2-3 business days for revisions

Revisions:

- 2-3 included in project scope
- Additional revisions: $5 per hour

Cancellation Policy:

- 24 hours notice required for cancellation
- Cancellation fee: 25% of project total
