Tech savvy, business-focused next generation IT infrastructure projects program leader, specializing in fast-paced, demanding, complex programs where traditional PM rules no longer apply. He drives PMO effectiveness to increase value, capabilities, exceed business goals, control costs, and improve efficiencies for start-ups and young IT service delivery organizations. A champion at aligning strategy for projects, process, people, technology and lean IT ensuring effective, efficient and scalable operations. Having successfully delivered over 350+ projects for high-availability operational environments, he has the experience to create, standardize and align departmental PM process methodology and frame-work to enable IT service delivery organizations to achieve strategic competitive advantages across project delivery initiatives.
Work Terms
FIXED FEE CONTRACT WORK: Payment in installments given negotiated milestone, schedule progression or other terms. Other projects may require 50% deposit collected upfront and 50% on project delivery. Travel and expenses to be paid by the client.
HOURLY: Negotiated hourly rate, with periodic bill cycle and negotiated terms.

ON-GOING: 5 hrs. billable rate collected up front and then applied toward 1st week's invoice.
All payments are due upon invoice receipt and shall be submitted via the Guru portal.
