Product Design

My name is Abhinav Murali, and I am from India. I am a Nanotechnologist by profession and currently work as a Product R&D Consultant, focusing on the research, design, and development of advanced technology-driven products.

My work primarily involves nanotechnology-based energy devices, electric vehicle powertrain design and modeling, mechatronic systems, advanced air and water purification technologies, precision laboratory equipment, microelectronics research, carbon capture materials, and nano-enabled environmental solutions. I have also worked on FET fabrication, DSSC solar cells, organic LEDs, MOSFET and varactor fabrication, Stirling engines, hydrogen-powered engines, micro devices for medical applications, and nano-photocatalytic water purification systems.

Regarding my educational background, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Nanotechnology and Materials Science Research.

Design, modeling, and fabrication of microfluidic systems for neuron isolation and analysis
Nanofluid formulation for advanced thermal and lubrication applications
PID controller development for CNC desktop machines
Electromagnetic reciprocating engine design and prototyping
Stirling engine-based solar energy harvesting systems
3D printer prototyping (both firmware and hardware development)
