My name is Abhinav Murali, I hail from India. I am Nanotechnologist by profession, at the moment, I am working as a Product R&D Consultant, majorly emphasizing on the Research and Development of nanotechnology-based energy devices, Electric vehicle power train design and modelling, mechatronics systems, advanced air and water purification research, precision equipment for laboratories, microelectronics research, Carbon capture material research, FET fabrication, DSSC solar cells, organic LED, MOSFET & VARACTOR fabrication, sterling engines, hydrogen-powered engines, micro devices for medical application, and Nano photocatalytic water purification.

Regarding my education background, I did my Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering and my Masters in Nanotechnology and material Science Research.

My skills include,
3d modelling &Rendering: AUTO CAD/SOLIDWORKS/SKETCHUP/KEYSHOT
Simulation: MATLAB, ANSYS/COMSOL.
Platforms: ANDROID, C, ARDUINO, RASPBERRY PI,
Circuit deign: ALTIUM, KIKCAD, Easy_Eda
Nano tech; material characterization (XRD, SEM, UV SPC, TEM, XPS, FTIR RAMAN ETC).

Concerning my experience, I have worked in the domain for over 7 years, where my focus was on product Design and Development, Rapid prototyping and engineering simulation. I have also had the privilege of working with many product development projects, some of them are

1. Microfluidic apparatus design, modelling and fabrication for neuron isolation and study.
2. Nano fluid formulation
3. PID controller for CNC desktop machine
4. Electromagnetic reciprocating engine design and prototyping
5. Stirling engine based solar energy harvester (light to electricity conversion)
6. 3d printer prototyping (firmware and hardware work)
7. Thermal management system design for engines and transformers (CFD)
8. Bio-degradable plastic formulation
9. Heat resistant roofing tiles (whether resistant bio-composite)
10. Self-cleaning nanomaterial-based coatings
11. Nano fluid based lubricant formulation for motors
