Work Terms

1. Communication

∆ I value professionalism and clear communication. Let’s keep regular contact throughout the project.

∆ WhatsApp communication will only be available after our first official contact.

∆ All initial agreements and key updates will remain on the platform unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payment Terms

∆ A 60% upfront payment is required before work begins.

∆ The remaining 40% balance is due upon completion and prior to final delivery.


3. Delivery Format

∆ Final work can be delivered in Word (.docx), PDF, or Google Docs, depending on your preference.

4. Revisions

∆ I offer 2 free rounds of revision to ensure your satisfaction.

∆ Additional revisions beyond this will incur extra charges.


5. Deadlines & Time Zones

∆ Considering time zone differences, once the project is confirmed, we will agree on a mutually suitable deadline.

∆ I am committed to meeting deadlines and appreciate timely client feedback to ensure smooth progress.


6. Refunds & Cancellations

∆ Once a project is confirmed, you have 24 hours to cancel without penalty, provided work has not yet started.

∆ Cancellations made after 24 hours but before work begins will incur a 20% administrative fee, deducted from the advance payment.

∆ If work has already started, refunds will be pro-rated based on the portion of work completed.

∆ Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality

∆ Your documents, drafts, and communication are treated with strict confidentiality.

∆ Your personal information and project details will never be shared with third parties.
