2. Payment Terms: SafePay Escrow
For all fixed-price projects, I require the full payment to be funded in the platform's SafePay Escrow account before any work commences. For larger, multi-stage projects (typically over $500), we can establish a milestone-based payment schedule (e.g., 50% funded to start, 50% upon final delivery). All payments must be processed through the platform to ensure security and protection for both of us.

3. Communication & Availability
My primary method of communication is through the platform's messaging system to ensure all project-related discussions are documented. I am available for scheduled video calls to discuss complex requirements or project milestones.
